Knee issues: cartilage is the smooth coating on bones that allows the joints to move smoothly. Cartilage injury - a tear or from arthritis (wearing of the coating) can cause joint issues However, they generally heal with time and at your age should NOT cause a restriction in you becoming a massage therapist. good luck
