It depends: Estrogen levels vary in female day by day based on the activity of the ovaries. The first two weeks of the menstural cycle they're high, then after ovulation, go down. The higher the body fat, the higher the level of estrogen (estradiol) and weight loss would reduce the estrogen levels. If one takes unopposed estrogen in the form of pill or cream, risk of blood clot, cancer, etc. Goes up.
