Estrogen in men: Overweight/obese men often have low testosterone compensated by increased estrogen. This is most common in men with diabetes. If you don't fit in to any of these categories you need to see an endocrinologist. If you do have diabetes and low testosterone you must see an Endocrinologist. Testosterone replacement will improve your body fat and also your diabetes.
