Some do: Cramping mid cycle is often attributed to a small amount of blood released during egg release. In is not usually accompanied by spotting, which may be anotheer issue.Some are sensitive enough to notice, some do not. If it becomes bothersome, the pill prevents the egg release and ends the problem. Some just use some Aleave or ibuprofen for the discomfort.
