Good ,: After medical school you need 6 plus years of intense focused training. Besides desire you need lots devotion , dedication and a person not going to count hours , as some of the procedures takes 8 hrs or more . Selection is equally highly competitive only top students will get in . Good Luck work on it and stop counting hours.

Dedication & stamina: Training after Med school is 7 yrs of residency and possible 1-2 yrs of fellowship. Hours are better regulated currently during residency but still expect to work hard. You have to have passion and resilience. Very rewarding outcomes but also have to be able to handle limitations and disappointmentments when facing tough complications .
