Not normal: A person who always has formed stools and then for no particular reason changes to having unformed stools... would be deemed as not normal. That means normal people don't do that. She can make a diary of her foods and drinks, her daily activities, her toilet activities, and show the data to her doctor. If the looser stools are not caused by her food selections, her doctor can fully evaluate.
