Not by itself: Sjogren's disease by itself does not cause aches throughout the body; however, Sjogren's tends to be associated with other autoimmune diseases. Some of these other disease do cause body aches - such as rheumatoid arthritis and lupus. If you are experiencing aching that's not explained by your daily activity or exercise, see your doctor, as you may need some tests done.
