Keep it clean: Gently clean your mouth and see your surgeon if there is pus or bleeding, bad taste or odor, fever or swelling. Your gums should feel better ion a few days.

Premolar extractions: Impossible to tell without a visual exam. You should be scheduled for a follow-up post-op exam. Any concerns or questions you have about the surgery should be directed to the surgeon.
