Depends: Did you have normal cycles before starting nuvaring? Then coming off is similar to stopping birth control pills. There may be up to a 2 month delay before starting your menstrual again. If you don't want to get pregnant, use back up methods during this time. If is still is not starting in a few months, def take a pregnancy test and see your doctor!
