You need: a visit with your Health Care Provider who may wish to refer you for (or evaluate themselves) IBS-D (Irritable Bowel Syndrome D...however before making this diagnosis some conditions need to be excluded ( Gluten sensitivity (Adult Coeliac Disease) Lactase insufficiency and INFLAMMATORY BOWEL DISEASE Blood tests and possible endoscopy may be involved!
