Tylenol (acetaminophen): Glad you are feeling better. I do not know what your weight is, but significant overdose is greater than 150mg /Kg. So for a woman who weighs 120 pounds or 60kg a significant dose is 150 times 60 or 9000mg or 9grams. It still may be worth it to get some liver tests.
