Numbness: May consider lyme, cold sores of lip herpes labialis for which use acyclovir- though the hand tingling is unusual, may be TMJ check in front of your ears and see if discomfort when open and close mouth . If recently in South America would even consider Zika or West Nile. Tingling in hand can be from ulnar nerve but that on waking. rarely MS. Would f/u w/ doc /urgent care today
