Im on my ovulating week, i had unprotected sex 2-3 days ago. i'm having symptoms of lower back and abdominal cramping.i'm going through fertilization ?

Ovulation and pain: Sometimes when you ovulate even without fertilization there can be mid-cycle pain and cramping known as Mittelschmerz. Sometimes if it continues it can be a painful ovarian cyst which you could have diagnosed by ultrasound and physical exam.
