A member asked:

My son won't sleep at night, he is 9 months old. is there anything i can do?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes if child is well: Bedtime struggles often have to do with factors specific to the infant or related to the environment. Regular routine with a calm environment is usually conducive to better sleep hygiene. Avoid excessive interference by the caregiver & prolonged naps, put in bed when drowsy, use of transitional objects; stuffed toys. Establish bedtime routine to include baths with chamomile and lullabies etc
