Not caused by rubbin: Depending on the size and the feel(Firm or hard?) of these bumps, these may require to be removed but it will take effort and time(and some funds) on your behalf. You should first visit a physician and let him/her examine you and then guide you further based on his/her findings and assessment of the cause. How long have you had these bumps? are they growing in size?
