A member asked:

Is it normal to get mad at every little thing?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: Getting angry at every little thing can be a sign of deeper psychological problems. Sometimes depression can increase irritability and anger. Sometimes post traumatic stress disorder is associated with anger. Other physical or psychological disorders may also be involved. Recommend you see a psychologist/psychiatrist to find out what's causing your anger and treat it accordingly.
