HR: 210 is way too high. Anemia and hyperthyroidism can trigger this, and also heart arrhythmias. Go to an urgent care to have your blood drawn for a free T4, TSH, and CBC, and get a chest xray and ECG.

Need an exam: Your symptoms are very worrisome. Your very high heart rate with moderate effort suggests you need to see a physician to determine the cause. There are a number of reasons you may be experiencing this. See a physician as soon as possible.
