I slow cooked ribbed for 2 hours. looked cooked but looked a tint of pinkish- now have diarrhea should i be worried about food poisoning??

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Food poisoning.: Meat which is not adequately cooked can continue to harbor bacteria which can cause acute illness - nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and abdominal pains. Drink fluids, don't take Imodium, (loperamide) and eat what you can tolerate - BRAT diet (bananas, rice, apples, toast).
