Food poisoning.: Meat which is not adequately cooked can continue to harbor bacteria which can cause acute illness - nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and abdominal pains. Drink fluids, don't take Imodium, (loperamide) and eat what you can tolerate - BRAT diet (bananas, rice, apples, toast).
