Not sure: I am not sure of the question. CSF leak after lumbar puncture is not uncommon. It usually takes about a week to heal. Blood patches may help. CSF leak does not cause the showing of spinal stenosis on the myelogram. The stenosis is from degenerative changes.

CSF: A myelogram and CSF leak does happen but these are not related to the stenosis or causing further problem to your spine.

No.: A post-myelogram headache will not damage your spine. The pathology seen on the study was not caused by the study.
