This is physics: Heat energy in the semen is lost to its new environment by conduction, convection, and heat radiation. The amount of semen is small, and the environment is large and cooler. Thus, semen easily transfers its heat to its environment. The same thing happens to urine, if one were to check a similar-sized sample of fresh urine.
