Got news for you: EVERYONE has emetophobia. NOBODY likes to throw up. If nausea & vomiting weren't selected for by evolution, we wouldn't do it. The various vomiting triggers are handled by several loosely organized neuronal nuclei in the (VERY SMALL) medulla oblongata coordinated by a central pattern generator. There is no 1 vomiting center. Ablation of that much medullary tissue is not compatible with life.
