Minutes to hours: Gravol is a brand of Dimenhydrinate sold in Canada & India to fight nausea & vomiting from motion sickness. It is sold in the States as Dramamine (dimenhydrinate). How long it takes to work for any given individual varies depending upon absorption, metabolism & other factors.
