Hi, I noticed the lining of my lips lower lips a little darker 2 days ago and today I see light spots, like the pigmentation disappearing.

Had sleep study last year, diagnosed no rem sleep. My sleep pattern has changed for better this last couple of months, but have noticed this last few nights I'm getting head/ shoulder jerks, body quivering! Is this a normal reaction in sleep cycle?
