May need medical che: Bleeding when it is painless worries me.....so we have to look and find the cause. You should go see your doctor if it occurs again and from any site. Look carefully for blood in your Urine, stools and from gums when you brush your teeth. Blood tests may have to be done to find the cause. He should also look for any lump/growth in his testicles.
