A member asked:

How long does deciduel bleeding last for?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Decidual bleeding: isn't very common. Unlike implantation bleeding that can occur when the embryo implants in the uterus, decidual bleeding can recur intermittently thru the 1st trimester. It doesn't appear to affect implantation of the placenta or cause harm to the fetus. Contact your GYN ASAP if you have period-like bleeding, pelvic pain, fever or other problems. Otherwise, just let her know @ your next appt.
