Is it normal to be able to feel a pulse in your ear? the pulse is not very strong but i can feel a small pulse when putting my finger in my ear canal

There are a number: small arteries and veins that course through the area of the ear canal and may be close to the surface of the skin. It would not be unreasonable for you to be able to feel these. This is normal.
