Complex migraine: This sounds like a complicated, vascular, migraine without the classic symptoms but with residual symptoms after it ended. Migraines can affect the activity of other parts of the brain, especially if it spreads. The right-sided chest pain & diarrhea point to phrenic nerve and vagus nerve involvement. Talk to a neurologist or you primary doc for confirmation.
