Caution is Advised: Depending on where the staphylococcal infection is located determines this. If it is a skin infection, then most properly sanitized pool water is safe but lakes and oceans (oxymetazoline) can potentially open yourself up to bacteria that can exacerbate the infection or allow other infections to enter your body.
