Can a fast heart beat and headache come with mono? my heart rate is reading normal but i can still feel it.

Head ache: Head ache and fast heart beat can happen with any acute infection not necessarily with Mono. If your heart rate is normal it is not fast heart beat. Feeling it might be from skipped beat or hyperdynamic circulation with any acute infection or anemia or other reasons.
