Wax blockage: You probably have a build-up of wax blocking your ear canal. You may not be able to clear it on your own, but you could try first by using a wax softening product like debris for a week or so and see if that helps. Whatever you do, don't stick a Q-tip in your ear. That just plugs the wax in further. If it doesn't improve, or if you get pain or dizziness, go see a doctor.
