Cramping : Some mild cramping and spotting may occur after Skyla insertion. Constipation occurs over several days so it would not be related to your IUD inserted yesterday. If your constipation has been going on a while that may be the cause of your cramping and pain. If concerned schedule follow up with your doctor for evaluation
