28 yrs old with orthostatic hypotention cardiologist said dehydration been drinking a gallon a day and still have blood pooling to legs and feet?

Drinking "plain": water will not affect the orthostasis...ELECTROLYTES particularly SODIUM could help temporarily....You need to determine the REASON for the hypotension and if "Idiopathic" (No reason) there are MEDICATIONS which will help! Hope this is helpful Dr Z
