Gastritis : You may have gastritis which is inflammation of the stomach lining which can cause pain and discomfort . Do not take any pain medications such as Ibuprofen or aspirin. You should see a GI doctor who may prescribe acid reducing medicine or do an endoscopy to rule out a bacterial infection in the stomach.

Intestinal brewer : Syndrome. You have a massive yeast infection in the bowel. The sugar in your diet is being fermented by the yeast to make alcohol. It is the fermentation process that gives rise to the bubbles and squeaks. Treatment is Nystatin to kill the yeast and stop all forms of sugar in diet.
