Gastritis : You may have gastritis which is inflammation of the stomach lining which can cause pain and discomfort . Do not take any pain medications such as Ibuprofen or aspirin. You should see a GI doctor who may prescribe acid reducing medicine or do an endoscopy to rule out a bacterial infection in the stomach.
