Not typical: These are not known or typical side effects of Skyla. It has a tiny amount of Progesterone which stays local to the lining of the uterus. Bloating and appetite changes have a huge list of possible causes. A Skyla IUD would be very low on the list of common causes. Consider seeing a gastroenterologist if these symptoms do not resolve
