Naproxin: Many women have some success with the now over the counter med naproxen sodium.It is sold in the US in generic or under the brand Aleve.If you can anticipate when your cramping will start, take it a day or two before and for as long as needed.It helps prevent the formation of some of the chemicals involved in triggering cramps.
