Change in periods: If you are sexually active, it is always a good idea to check a pregnancy test, because some women can have spotting/bleeding in early pregnancy. If negative, then it is just some irregular bleeding. Starting or changing birth control methods can change your periods. Excess stress, change in diet/exercise and other things can change your periods. If not pregnant, don't worry.
