Irregular Periods: In your age group, there are several possibilities that could be causing irregular bleeding. Any hormone changes (recent BCPs or pre-menopause or recent pregnancy) could cause changes, fibroid tumors (rarely cancer) can cause irregularity, systemic medical problems can cause changes and endometrial cancer can cause irregular bleeding. Consider follow up with GYN for further testing
