See a physician: WRay, this could be a variety of conditions, the most common would be a yeast infection, but there are other infections that could be autoimmune in nature as well. Not related, of course, to sexually transmitted infection as you stated you are a virgin. Likely yeast infection an easily treatable, but get it checked out by a physician just in case.
