No risk, see doctor: STDs are not transmitted by massage. If your penis did not enter another person's vagina, anus, or mouth, there was no risk and no need for all those antibiotics. Something else explains the burning sensation. Do not take any other treatment and see a doctor if the problem continues. And don't treat yourself like this again; even with a real exposure, better to get professonal care and testing.
