Counciling: If you are having that much of a problem you need to be seen. If you do not have access to a councilor to call go to your local ER. They could get you resources to help.

Psychiatrist: You must be evaluated and treated by a psychiatrist but I don't advise a psychologist as he/she cannot prescribe medications. I sense some urgency in your plea for help and suggest you obtain psychiatric evaluation as soon as possible even if you have to go to the hospital emergency room where one can be contacted if you can't get an appointment as an outpatient soon.
