Have you had medical: You need a to have a medical check up to find the cause of your unwell feeling. Recheck your CBC once monthly and also see an internist to let him/her examine you for any enlargement of lymph nodes or any source of infection. Most likely it will settle down by itself but do follow it up with repeat CBC from a different lab
