Have two zit-like bumps right next to each other right above lip.don't reall yhave acne.has tiny bit of white pus come out. spider bite?std?just zits?

Bumps above lip: The most common thing of course would be acne. Spider bites on the face would be quite unusual, and usually become quite red and hot with a central darkened area of necrosis. An STD like herpes is possible if they look like blisters or shallow open sores (but usually are very painful). If they get worse and look infected, go see a provider for evaluation.
