Breathing : Anything from a cold with a bit of congestion to airway obstruction, also heart disease may have respiratory problems, it depends if there are other signs and symptoms such as cough or shortness of breath. If it is a recurring problem or you have other symptoms i urge you to consult your doc.

Many possibilities : This can be due to narrowing of the airways.It can be a symptom in problems like asthma , reactive airway disease and bronchitis. Consult your physician for physical exam and diagnosis.
