A member asked:

What are my options if a biopsy of my retroperotineal lymph nodes is not possible?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Wait and see: If they're massively enlarged, they can be biopsied. If they're not massively enlarged, and you don't have a primary cancer found after the usual search, I'll bet they're not worth biopsying. Have you been offered a fine needle aspirate?
