Can bird mites live on your body? are they contagious? is there a medicine to get rid of them off your body?

No problem if clean!: Bird mites usually survive only on birds and can get on your body but will not survive very well and if one is washing and taking care of their bodies they will get rid of the mites and they do not survive long. But it is best to have good hygiene and wash your hair and body well. They are not contagious and as long as clean should be fine. There is no medicine to get rid of them. Hope this helps
