No, no, can't: Sebaceous glands aren't dangerous for either men or women (yes, you have them, too). They definitely aren't contagious. Everyone has these oil glands everywhere. Therefore you can't get rid of them. Sometimes they'll plug up & enlarge, even get infected. In that case, your doc can lance them to allow stuff (pus) to drain out. Warm compresses sometimes are enough to cause 'em to open & drain on own.

Let me help: Epidermoid cysts are almost always noncancerous, but in rare cases, they can lead to skin cancers. It is not contagious. Cysts that don't cause cosmetic or functional problems are usually left alone. Treatment> steroid injections. Surgery (incision and drainage) lasers. To minimize scarring.
