Unclear...: Why did you use RetinA to glans penis - for whitening its discoloration which is common after exposed to estrogen through intercourse? Why are you trying to do with Cetaphile - skin cleanser, which is nothing to do with PIH (pregnancy-induced hypertension)? So, It is better off to ask your local doctors for specifics and relevance of care for your concerned issues. Best to your health...
