See below: It’s common for the penis to curve slightly when erect. A small percentage of men may have congenital curvature which is more pronounced. However, abnormal penile curvature associated with painful erection usually due to "Peyronie's disease" which is an acquired curvature due to build-up of fibrous scar tissue. Usually occurs in middle age men but can occur at any age. Recommend you see urologist.
