Hello dr. i have pain right lower side of my back. the only way i can explain is like a tightness and sharp pain when i move my leg or neck downwards?

Low back pain: This low back pain, if not due to an obvious injury, could be due to muscular, bone, ligament, or disk origins. Strain or inflammation are common causes and an intervertebral bulging disk or spur pressing on a nerve root at the spine can produce low back and leg discomfort. Symptoms should improve with rest, cold or warm applications and anti-inflammatory medications like Advil or Aleve (naproxen). See MD if
