Yes, possible: It is possible to ovulate on one side and have the opposite tube pick up that egg and for you to conceive. Location of pain however is not an accurate way to be certain of which side you ovulated from. Pain can be from other things like cyst formation, endometriosis, etc.. Also, pain in early pregnancy can be a sign of an abnormal location (ectopic pregnancy). Check a pregnancy test.
